Thank You My Friends!
Well this day has finally come, I am 30. The dirty thirties, flirty and thirty, over the hill, old maid... you name it I've heard it today and it doesn't bother me one bit! I am excited to start the next chapter in my life and today has been the best day of my life.
Today has been an emotional, humbling and overwhelming day.
In February I lost my dad after a 14 month battle with brain cancer and the out pour of sympathy, love and support from my friends and family near and far was unbelievable and for some of my friends, those of whom I have leaned on for support, I can never express how invaluable you are in my life and for being there for me. I must`ve been doing something right over the past 30 years to be blessed to be surrounded by people who care for me more than I ever could have imagined.
Today I started my birthday off with my family saying happy birthday at midnight, waking up to a a plethora of Facebook messages and text messages, a decorated home and gifts sprawled all over the living room table, just for me. Which added to the already amazing gifts waiting to be opened today from all my family and friends near and far! My first gift opened was from my bestie, a book full of pictures from 9 years ago when we first met to today, filled with quotes and pictures of us and her growing family!! My sister not by blood but by Hart!! And this was the first of many cries today!
Rushing to get ready for my first ball game, I met one of my teammates for a birthday Starbucks before the game... little did I know what was in store for me when I arrived to the ball field. After saying my hellos and good mornings and introducing myself to some new faces, my friend came up to me wearing a yellow ribbon, to which she told me this ribbon is in memorial of my dad and that the team made a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. And the waterworks began, tears streaming down my face, touched doesn't even begin to tell you how I felt. I honestly can not put into words what that meant to me; priceless. What this whole day has meant to me and everything that all my friends and family have done has made it the best birthday EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And as I write this, getting ready for bed, I am still in awe of today, this amazing week, filled with dinners with friends, laughs at a comedy club and baseball with a new family and all the love and support I have received over the last year and a half...
This blog is for YOU my friends and family, if not for you my left would be empty.
THANK-YOU THANK-YOU THANK-YOU for the best birthday a girl could ever ask for! I cannot express how grateful I am for each and everyone one of you!
xoxo L

Come Togetherrrrr Riiiiight Nowwwww Over Me
Good Morning My Friends,
What a great season premiere and it dominated in the ratings! Usually when you replace the judges ratings fall but how could they when it was Skaira and Usher who stepped in!!
To start the show off all four judges sang the classic Beatles song "Come Together", you can bet that will be on iTunes soon!! They did an amazing job and what a perfectly fitting song to start off the new season with new judges! Not being a huge Christina Aguilera fan I didn't miss her at all!
The highlight of the blind auditions had to be Judith Hill. Previously a duet singer with Michael Jackson; THE Michael Jackson! She killed it last night with her rendition of 'What a Girl Wants' by Christina Aguilera. All judges turned their chairs and fought, pleaded and begged to have her on their team but it was Adam Lavine who was victorious in winning this amazing talent.
The lowlight for me was the Morgan Twins, they sang 'Fallen' by Alicia Keys, they started off SO strong, snagging all four judges, but right after that I feel they disappointed throughout their song sounding off key and not hitting the notes quite right. They chose Blake so I am hoping he can bring them to their potential.
The disappointment of the night was 15 year old Leah Lewis who sang 'Blown Away' by Carrie Underwood. I thought she was amazing and sang that song beautifully, but the judges shockingly disagreed and none of them turned their chairs around. Each Judge agreed she was great but needed some work on her voice and all encouraged her to come back next year!
And surprisingly James Irwin's rendition of The Scripts 'The Man Who Can't Be Moved' didn't make the cut. His heartbreaking story of the loss of his baby girl twins and the amazing birth of his son was featured and usually when they show the heartbreaking story you're a shoe in; well they proved that theory to be false.
I was thinking though, I wonder if there was anyone from last night that the judges couldn't stop thinking about and one of the judges decides to bring them back? It would be a good twist wouldn't it? Who would you bring back?
THIS JUST IN: Cougar Town has been renewed for it's fifth season on TBS! Thank -you Little Miss Mama for giving me the scoop!
Check out part 2 of the blind auditions tonight at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on NBC.

Hi my friends,
I am sorry about the tv silence this weekend it's been a busy two days but the ideas never stopped flowing for my future blogs!

And dont forget they have digitally remastered Jurrasic Park in 3D coming out April 5th!
Head to the movie theatres, maybe for a date or with some friends and relive an epic film! Or enjoy a new one! Can't beat movie theater popcorn!

Oh So Many Things to Watch Thursday!
Happy Thursday My Friends,
I hope you are enjoying your day and are ready for tonight's shows! I sure am! But first, lets review some reality Wednesday shall we...
Big Brother Canada
Last night we began the episode with the aftermath of Tom being nominated, Mr. Toughguy walked outside to the hot tub area pacing back and fourth muttering who he was going to go after. While Gary did a victory dance up in the HoH room! Liza came out to comfort Tom, which is funny how all of a sudden she is 'team Tom' when last week we saw her getting close to Peter. After things cooled down, Emmett let Tom know he told Gary to put them both up but claimed it was only to get Liza out, when really 'Quattro' has decided to kick Tom out, will they become Trio then? lol.
Last night, everyone participated in the Veto competition which was a curling event, each person pushed the other on a block of ice and the closest to the black line won! Alec was the winner of the veto competition but Peter was the winner of the best quote; 'That block of ice was cold but wasn't as cold as me, I'm soulless', oh Peter how I love thee! And lets not forget how entertaining it was watching the have-nots giving the haves pedicures, especially when Talla licked Peters toe, YUCK! As someone who loves a good foot rub, I invite Alec over anytime to rub my feet! What a great idea though, Big Brother Canada your twists and ideas have me very intrigued every week.
After discussing Veto options with his fellow team mates and Gary (maybe the replacement for Tom in Quattro), Alec decided to keep the nominations the same! Will Tom leave the house? And who will follow him tonight on a LIVE DOUBLE EVICTION at 7pm PST on SLICE.
Survivor
Well my friends, were you at all surprised by the change in teams? We knew something was coming, but CBS this show is the same every year, there are no more surprises to fool us. Another mundane episode, the same old same old, but I will say I was surprised to see Matt voted out last night! And I think he was shocked as well.
But in true tv loving fashion, I will continue to watch as I want to know who is the ultimate survivor!
Join me next Wednesday 5pm EST / 8pm PST on CBS

Spring Into Reality Wednesday
Happy First Day of Spring My Friends,
Did you feel the ripples from all the belly flopping last night on Splash?
On the premiere of Splash, we were introduced to all the celebrities but only watched 5 dive; Louie, Kareem, Keisha, Catherine and Rory, with one elimination; Keisha. My thoughts on the show: it was okay, I look forward to them getting better on their diving, but I also expected them all to do MUCH better than they did. Yes, maybe my reality was skewed, but I was expecting better than what they did. Good on Louie at 415lbs to dive off the 23 foot diving board, but it was just like a free fall from 23 feet with no form and Kareem, for 7 foot 2, you'd think if he was trying to do a summer sault, he would've jumped off something higher than 10 feet! All in all this show will do well because it is on a night with not much else on, leaving it to be one of the only shows to watch. And JOEY's hair?!?? My mom and I were trying to figure out all night if it is a rug? or spray on? or what? I definitely don't think it is his natural hair! Tune in next week with me as we will see Kendra, Drake, Chuy, Nicole and Ndamukong compete!

SPLASH into Tuesday
Hi my friends,
Did you all have a good laugh last night? I sure did! 2 Broke Girls and Mike and Molly had me laughing for an hour straight!
Tonight we dive into the series premiere of Splash; a reality show with 10 celebrities who will train and compete in regulation platform and springboard diving at dizzying heights with a live weekly audience poolside. An interesting concept that hasn't been done before, but I will be watching for the pure entertainment of these celebrities making a fools of themselves more than anything.
The 'Celebrity' lineup:

EXCLUSIVE First Look at this season's Dancing With The Stars 6pm EST / 9pm PST on ABC
And of course a new episode of the beloved New Girl, 6pm EST / 9 pm PST on FOX, which has been renewed for another season!
Are you in the mood for an annoying cat fight for an hour? Catch the Real Housewives of Vancouver at 7pm PST on Slice
Not a jam packed night of television, but we all need a break once in awhile!
Happy watching and stay dry ;)
xoxo L
P.S. If your looking for a good movie to watch Crazy.Stupid.Love is on Movie Central tonight at 6pm PST, PVR and save for later!

So Much on Sunday - Review
Hi my friends,
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Are you ready for the Sunday review?! Well it's going to be a long one, so grab your favorite drink and get comfy!
Amazing Race Sundays 5pm EST / 8pm PST
It was a sad night on Amazing Race for David and Connor and Oh So Lindsay. As David and Connor had to forfeit the race because David was too hurt to continue. A truly amazing pair and they will be missed, bowed out graciously each being more prouder than the other. I was sad to see them go, but it wasn't meant to be.
The race continued to Hanoi, Vietnam with a double U-turn at some point in the race, the leaders of the pack tonight seemed to be Pam and Winnie, who won this leg of the race winning a trip for two to Whistler, BC Canada! My neck of the woods! I wasn't surprised that the You-Tubers were u-turned but I was shocked that they chose Chuck and Wynona! It didn't make any sense since the hockey players are big competition in this game and they were shocked too. Sadly, Chuck and Wynona made it to the mat after completing both detours, defeated and in last place and being informed they were in last place. But the luck of the irish was on their side last night as they were saved because of David and Connor's forfeit and they don't have to do both detours next week. Happily, they have survived another day! Will Chuck and Wynona pull themselves out of last place? Catch the next new episode on Sunday March 24th.
Big Brother Wednesday's 5pm EST/ 8pm PST, Thursdays Live 5pm EST / 8pm PST, Sundays 6pm
EST / 9pm PST
On Thursday we saw Emmett and Jillian ecstatic that Emmett had won HoH, leaving the underdogs to feeling defeated and by Friday the buzz was alive with word that Emmett had cheated and Slice putting out a statement saying they were reviewing the footage and if cheating is found, there will be consequences. And they stood by their word. It was true, but Emmett was not the only one who cheated so did Jillian, Alec, and Liza. Because of this Emmett was stripped of his HoH title, they all became have-nots and they couldn't play in the new HoH competition. Additionally, Tom couldn't compete either because he was technically still HoH, which I didn't mind at all as I am not a Tom fan, and of course he made it all about himself.
You could see throughout the episode Emmett was devastated and didn't even know he did it. I have a sneaking suspicion that Talla knew she cheated and thought she got away with it. The HoH competition was questions regarding the Irish parade that came thru the house, and Gary was the HoH winner!! I thought it was Suzette because her number guess seemed closest until my mom reminded me that Suzette was throwing it so she didn't have a target on her back, which made Gary the winner and I am happy with that!! For one, Suzette, the underdog, is safe and two, Gary isn't afraid to put anyone on the block. And that's exactly what he did, he nominated the smug Tom and lying Liza for eviction and Tom was finally knocked off his invisible high horse!!
Another favorite house guest of mine is Peter, I loved how Peter described Gary's win as taking it like a champ, kept it quiet, didn't show an outburst of emotion to make anyone else feel bad LOL. The exact opposite of what he did lol. Oh Peter your wit makes the show! Check out the veto competition next Wednesday to see if Tom and Liza will pull themselves off the block, and next Thursday is double eviction night, a crazy two days of events on Big Brother Canada!
Once Upon A Time Sunday's 5pm EST 8pm PST
Primarily filmed in Steveston BC, this ABC hit features characters from our childhood fairy tales and their present lives stuck in a world where they don't remember who they are and have no magic, Until one day Emma Swan aka the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming enters town and breaks the dark curse that has fallen over Storybrooke.
Tonight's episode focused on the Queen Regina and flipped back and fourth from 1983, when she condemned everyone to Storybrooke to present day, where everyone knows who she is and who they are.
Meanwhile, Mary Margaret aka Snow White is still heartbroken over the part she played in killing Cora. Henry detects that something’s up and Emma can’t lie to him again and She tells him what Mary Margaret did, but he can’t believe it. Mr. Gold aka Rumpelstiltskin, went to Mary Margaret's to warn them about Regina's plan to kill her. David aka Prince Charming insists that Gold owes Mary Margaret his life and he’s going to do whatever it takes to pay her back. A non-eventful episode but still entertaining and worth catching onto if you like fantasy! Check it out an all new episode Sunday March 24th and catch up on episodes online at http://www.tv-links.eu/
Believe me this is a good show to catch up on!!
The Good Wife Sunday's 6pm EST / 9pm PST
Last week (March 10th) we saw Wallace Shawn, from Clueless, guest star as Charles, Lemond Bishops (drug dealer) long-time lawyer to help him try to win his losing criminal case for the murder of an employee. Alicia suspects Charles is pulling moves like his client and threatening witnesses, but now that Alicia is a partner, she overlooks this piece of information. Her moral compass is starting to wither away, now she’s backstabbing friends to get ahead in her career, overlooking witness tampering and kissing other men while supposedly working on her marriage. And after a better part of two seasons Lockhart-Gardner is finally out of financial crisis and returning to its old spending ways; flowers, furniture, artwork, and pastries. We see Kalinda and Cary grow closer together and are left wondering what happened the night before as we see them the next morning together....
Last night (March 17th) the infamous judge Ludwig dies in a car crash which has Alicia and Will working together to prove it was an accident in order for his insurance policy to be valid. Alicia finds out the Judge was talking on his cell phone while driving despite the fact that his car was Bluetooth enabled and because of this the insurance company is ready to pay 10% of the 2 million to avoid uncertainty.
After a long battle Peter wins the elections on the Democratic front and Jordan walks up to Eli and congratulates him on all his efforts. He then tells him that since the real war has begun, he needs to show him something. He shows Eli a picture that Zack’s girlfriend, Nisa, posted on the internet. He then tells Eli that Nisa’s father made a donation to a charity organization which is known to have some terrorist affiliation. Something that can not be affiliated with Peter.
Kalinda and Robyn are examining the accident spot and Alicia wants to know if there is anything that could prove that it was an accident and not recklessness. And Kalinda being the amazing detective she is notices the light bulbs are different proving that the just was in the dark when he hit possible black ice. Alicia and Will win the case even though they found evidence that his wife may have had something to do with his death. Meanwhile Cary's father has returned and of course having an ulterior motive. He says he wants Cary's law firm to head up a case involving a large pharmaceutical company and after a few disagreements his father takes it to another firm. But Cary saves the day by directly speaking with the pharmaceutical company and getting them back to the firm, putting him back on the fast track to partner.
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Are you ready for the Sunday review?! Well it's going to be a long one, so grab your favorite drink and get comfy!

To all you good wife fans out there aren't you happy to finally see Julianna's natural hair? For the first two seasons, I swear it was a wig and it drove me NUTS!!! Also, are you happy with the Robyn character, do you think she brings a little something to the table?
Watch the drama unfold next week, Sunday March 24th, on CBS
Revenge Sundays 6pm EST / 9pm PST
Last week (March 10th) we saw Emily get out of control in the aftermath of Amanda dying in her arms. Emily knows the Graysons are behind everything that happened to Jack and Amanda and she vows they will pay for everything they’ve done. Which she has been preaching every season. But this time she means it! Lol.
Jack survived his gunshot wound but his heart didn't survive, as she died in the boat fire. Jack knows/thinks that the Graysons are behind it all and he starts acting like their buddy and thanking them for everything they are doing. You can see that something is brewing there in his eyes and it will only be a matter of time before he executes it. Jack in his panic to find the computer used to blackmail Conrad by Amanda also finds a letter she kept from when her and Emily were in juvie together which makes him furious with Emily for lying. As Emily delivers Amanda's eulogy, Jack can't even look at her feeling so betrayed.
Meanwhile, Charlotte has been trying to find some family of Amanda's as she doesn't feel it's right that there is no one. And she is successful in contacting Amanda's foster brother Eli, who shows up to the grave site when Emily is there alone paying her respects. Will he recognize her? or will she get away with being the true Amanda?
Last night (March 17th) there was no Irish celebration going on here, we saw Emily try to play off the 'Eli only knows her from the night before' but when they are both at the stowaway he reveals he recognizes her tattoo and he knows exactly who she is. Panicked of him ruining all her plans, she offers to wipe his record clean and gives him $100,000 to leave, but in true a revenge twist, after he accepts he decides to donate the money to the Amanda foundation set up by the Graysons and stay in town for a little while longer.
The Amanda foundation set up to honor Jack's dead wife is really set up to aide the Graysons in keeping their assets away from the government. Jack confronts Nolan about being the one who rescued him after being shot but Nolan provides evidence that the person who rescued him was Kenny Ryan. It’s a good story, but the look on Jack’s face indicates that he may not buy it. Still, he lets Nolan know that he’s sorry he ever doubted him. Daniel opens up to Amanda that Aiden is a pawn in the initiatives next plot and what the Amanda foundation is truly being used for and Nolan tries to aide Amanda in accessing the Grayson bank accounts but with no luck as the elusive 'Falcon' has returned and is protecting the Graysons again like it did during the David Clarke trial.
Personally, I am sick of the Daniel story, his acting doesn't fit the part of a CEO or a man who deceives others, I wish he would jump on the Emily bandwagon and help in exposing the truth about his family and I am not a huge fan of Eli, I don't think his character really serves a purpose but to scare Emily and that has been done too many times on this show. I hope he is only around for another episode and gone.
The 'Falcon' is a new development in the always twisting David Clarke story so I am interested to see who it is, any ideas?!
The build up to the season finale is happening catch next weeks episode Sunday March 24th to see more drama unfold.
The Red Widow Sundays 7pm EST / 10pm PST
Unfortunately my friends with little interest in this show I have not had a chance to catch up yet. This may not be done until the spring/summer. I will update you all as I watch it.

Tonight on Big Brother Canada
Hi Friends,
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I was able to get out and enjoy the sunshine!
On Friday night I alerted you to a possible cheating incident that, if true, would come with some consequences. Well friends, it was true, but Emmett was not the only one who cheated so did Jillian, Alec, and Liza. Because of this Emmett was stripped of his HoH title, they all became have-nots and they couldn't play in the new HoH competition. Additionally, Tom couldn't compete either because he was technically still HoH, which I didn't mind at all as I am not a Tom fan, and of course he made it all about himself. As they showed this episode, you could tell Emmett was devastated and didn't even know he did it. I have a sneaking suspicion that Talla knew she cheated and thought she got away with it. The HoH competition was questions regarding the Irish parade that came thru the house, and Gary was the HoH winner!! I thought it was Suzette because her number guess seemed closest but it was Gary and I am happy with that!! For one, Suzette, the underdog, is safe and two, Gary isn't afraid to put anyone on the block. And that's exactly what he did, he nominated the smug Tom and Liza for eviction and Tom was finally knocked off his invisible high horse!!
Another favourite house guest of mine is Peter, I loved how Peter described Gary's win as taking it like a champ, kept it quiet, didn't show an outburst of emotion to make anyone else feel bad LOL. The exact opposite of what he did lol. Oh Peter your wit makes the show! Check out the veto competition next Wednesday to see if Tom and Liza will pull themselves off the block, and next Thursday is double eviction night, a crazy two days of events on Big Brother Canada!
Check out my blog tomorrow for tonight's Sunday review and Monday line up.

So Many Things to Watch Thursday - Review
Hi Friends,
Soooo what did we think of all the new episodes this past Thursday? I was definitely glued to my top shows watching with enjoyment.
I started my Thursday night off laughing through the whole episode of Big Bang Theory, one of the better episodes of the season! Which by the way, dominated in the ratings on Thursday. I laughed at every turn in this episode and teared up when they told Howard what his father may have written in the letter. Keep watching this show, its just like Friends and hopefully sticks around for a decade or more.
Next on my list, Greys Anatomy. Tonight's episode was o.k. I know its not good for ratings, but I want everyone to be back to friends again and all working together. Though I love them owning the hospital, I wish they could just own and that's it. I do think incorporating Avery into the older generation of Dr's is great! He is taking over the role Sloan would've had if he had continued on the show. My favorite part of the show, as I am sure with many, was at the end when Avery stood his ground and revealed the new name of the hospital, The Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. This of course turned the water works full on, the faucet was running.
I followed this with a dose of Big Brother Canada! Which, with Gary, is always entertaining especially tonight when he was trying to exercise with the 'big boys' Emmett and Alec. Tonight was saw the best twist in Big Brother history, including the American version, we saw Canada vote to save Suzette (Yay!) I always root for the underdog and was happy to see Toms smugness wiped off his face. With this, Suzette was taken off the block and Tom had to replace her with a new nominee, he chose Aneal. With an 8-2 vote a shocked Aneal left the house.
Shortly after his eviction the house guests got ready for the HoH competition, where they had to stuff their legs with balls in a bee costume and fill up their hive-like track of balls, once it was full you won. And tonight it was Emmett. Guaranteeing, Alec, Jillian, Topaz, and Peter safety. Stay tuned tomorrow night to see who Emmett chose as his nominees or if he was caught cheating and served his consequence!
And lastly, Vampire Diaries. I had been waiting for this show to return for a few weeks now, as this is one of my guilty pleasures. I watched this show with my mom, who has never seen it before, so of course the questions started to flow and as I explained the premise I felt a little silly, but don't worry my friends, I love this show and will not stop watching and updating you.
I must admit I was so happy when Elaina finally admitted she loved Damon and that they were going to be together but now they have turned her feelings off and shes not the same person. This episode didn't wow me, so I leave only hoping that Caroline and Stephan get together. You just never know with this show. I am excited to see what happens next Thursday with her and Damon's 'rip' trip.
Come back tomorrow to see the latest on new spring shows, cancelled shows and the Sunday night line up.

*ALERT* Breaking Big Brother Canada News
Hi Friends,
This just in: there may have been an incident of cheating in the HoH competition. Just seconds after Emmett won the HoH competition the twitter feeds blew up with people saying he was holding the balls in his hands which was against the rules. The footage is being reviewed and if he is caught cheating we will see the consequences in this Sundays episode. Slice has stated, if he did cheat, he won't be kicked out of the house but they have speculated that serious consequences will be endured. What will this be? Stay tuned to OhSo Lindsay for the most up-to-date information regarding this controversy.
Sleep well!

Oh So Many Things to Watch Thursday
Happy Thursday My Friends,
For a very long time NBC dominated in the ratings and airtime on Thursday nights, the BIGGEST night all week on television. But now, we are seeing a more even playing field as the hit shows have been dispersed throughout the different networks. NBC brought us great hits such as Friends (How You Doin?), ER, Will and Grace, Just Shoot Me, Seinfeld (SERENITY NOW!), Frasier, Cheers (NORM!), The Cosby Show, LA LAW, Dear John, Night Court, and Family Ties.
And now we watch the same hit shows in a different era such Greys Anatomy, Vampire Diaries, Big Bang Theory, Community, Parks and Rec, 1600 Penn, Elementary, American Idol, Glee and What Not to Wear, throwing in a Big Brother season here and there!
Tonight is a big night of T.V with my PVR set to record every moment of it, I am ready for it all and can't wait to report back to you.
On tonight's line up we have a mix of drama, comedy, suspense and reality:
Live Big Brother Canada at 5pm PST on Slice
New Community at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on NBC
New Parks and Rec at 5:30pm EST / 8:30pm PST on NBC
New Big Bang Theory at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on CBS
New Vampire Diaries at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on The CW
Live American Idol results show at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on FOX
New Grey's Anatomy at 6pm EST / 9pm PST on ABC
New Beauty and The Beast at 6pm EST / 9pm PST on The CW
New Glee at 6pm EST / 9pm PST on FOX
New 1600 Penn at 6:30pm EST / 9:30 PST on NBC
New Elementary at 7pm EST / 10pm PST on CBS

Reality Letdown
Good evening my friends,
**Spoiler Alert** If you haven't watched Survivor or Big Brother Canada yet, don't read this! But when you do come right back here!
Survivor
Tonight was definitely a lunch bag letdown on Survivor, the so called 'meltdown' was nothing more than Brandon acting like a child for attention. Yes he poured out the rice and emptied all the beans but he didn't do it in a crazy manor he was trying to get under Phillips nerves. But the former CIA agent didn't blink an eye. As the fans got ready for an immunity challenge the favourites contemplated what their next move should be with Brandon, ultimately forfeiting the challenge and voting Brandon off, but not before Brandon got all riled up with some harsh words to Phillip. Some of the girls on the tribe, were sad to see him go, but in the end it's a blessing in disguise for this so called 'villain'. Stay tuned next week as the favourites adjust to life without Brandon and see if the fans can actually win the immunity idol a second week in a row.
Big Brother Canada
The biggest shocker tonight was Peter and Liza, their cute little elementary love blooming, keeping the secret from the house and definitely the HOH who Liza is currently getting close with. Tonight we finally got to see some tv time with Andrew, who answered the phone to receive a secret mission for reward. He had to celebrate something and make dinner for the whole house, but the catch: it has to taste awful and he must receive a compliment!! Well he did from Tom and the funniest part is Tom really loved it, his comment was genuine!! AND when Andrew admitted it was awful the house guests weren't sure to believe him and laugh or not lol until he pulled out the pizza and beers! Which of course they were all stoked about, especially Talla, who made her parents proud by giving Aneal a lap dance on television. I must say every episode Gary grows on me more and more, and tonight was another example, his alter straight ego Gerald was hilarious and he played it off well!!
Unfortunately tonight Tom won power of veto reaffirming to Tom and Tom alone, that he is the 'best' player in the game, ha! As if he doesn't already look like a tool, he goes and pulls Gary off the block and puts up AJ, for no apparent reason, against Suzette Gary was safe. Already annoyed with their fellow Quattro brother I am sure this move will not appease them. Because of this move I really want Suzette to survive the block! We will find out tomorrow night LIVE at 5 pm PST on Slice.
Sweet dreams my friends

Sunday Funday Review
Hi Everyone and Happy Monday!
Well I have caught up on most of the shows from last night. Time for you to grab a cup of tea or coffee and settle into something comfy as this is going to be the longest post yet!
Amazing Race Sundays 5pm EST / 8pm PST
I LOVE this season, they truly chose an AMAZING cast for the 22nd season of Amazing Race. It is so diverse and by far my most favorite season yet. Yes of course my favorite team is the cancer survivors Father David and Son Connor. I am an emotional person and these two pull at my heart strings every episode. They have overcome such a huge obstacle in life and are playing this game with another one, Johns torn leg muscle but they are kicking butt! Coming in first twice in a row.
In the first and second episodes I was happy to see the firefighters and the Dr's leave, both were un-entertaining. But besides David and Conner, my other favorites are the You Tubers and the Asian Best Friends, as I am always routing for the underdogs. Tonight they continued their trek from New Zealand to Bali, Indonesia. Having monkeys opening coconuts at their leisure for clues, to having to create an elaborate religious offering know as a Gebogan and then take it to the temple for their next clue. At the road block each team had to look through a stack of surfboards and see one image that they had seen earlier that day. David and Conner were able to beat the Best Friends and come in FIRST PLACE for the second time winning $5,000 each!
I was happy to see the YouTubers and Best Friends doing well in this leg of the race and of course the Hillbilly Married Couple surviving, but I surprised to see the Hockey Players not doing as well as expected for tough guys. But this game isnt just strength, its mind too.
Tonight Jessica Hoel and John Erck, the Surfers, were eliminated and became the first team ever eliminated on the mat while in possession of an express pass in Sunday night's episode.
Will David and Connor survive next week with the injury? Catch the next new episode on Sunday March 17th
Big Brother Wednesday's 5pm EST/ 8pm PST, Thursdays Live 5pm EST / 8pm PST, Sundays 6pm
EST / 9pm PST
Tonight's episode brought out the laughter in me as the houseguests were punished.
Suzette started this episode crying because Tom was HoH and she knew she was being put up on the block because they don't see eye to eye and don't have a strong relationship together, which is true. She really sealed her fate when she took it out on Aneal making herself look foolish. This episode highlighted the fact that not just me, a viewer, but the players also think that Tom is arrogant and full of himself. Although he had a barely heartwarming moment with his family pictures, it seemed all too fake for me.
Topaz, Topaz, Topaz, be careful what you say, little does she know that there is a 'Quattro' alliance to which they all share what they hear. Her alliance with Gary could be good, but not with that name; 'Secret Wedding Alliance' come on a 2 year old could do better.
I quite enjoyed the activities all the house guests had to perform throughout the night as punishment for someone tampering with a camera. Big Brother did not reveal who tampered with it and no one came clean in confession, so it's still a mystery.
THE BEST HAVE NOT PRIZE EVER IN BIG BROTHER HISTORY, POUTINE!!!!!!!!!!! Some of you out there may not know what that is, so let me tell you; fresh cooked french fries topped with cheese curds (chunks of cheese) and covered with hot gravy. The hot gravy helps melt the cheese into stringy goodness! Making this and the beaver tails the best accompaniments to the slop in history. My mouth is watering as I type this.
Before I leave you be I would also like to add that my favorite player in this game is Peter, he's smart and playing a very smart game. I hope he continues to play this way and not growa big ego messing up his chances! GO PETER!
We leave this episode with Gary and Suzette being nominated for eviction. Tune in on Wednesday to see who wins POV and who remains on the chopping block....
Already in it's second season, a show for all ages as more and more secrets are emerging and new discoveries are taking place. This show never has a dull moment... check it out on Sunday nights and catch up on episodes online at http://www.tv-links.eu/
Believe me this is a good show to catch up on!!
The Good Wife Sunday's 6pm EST / 9pm PST
I began watching this show after the first season finished, catching up in the summer to be on track for the season two premiere. Within the first episode this show had me hooked! The tale of the Wife of a Senator, Alicia Florick played by Julianna Margulies, who starts off in jail for fraud and who publicly cheated on his wife with hookers. The wife must now go back to work and move their kids from the home in order to pay for the bills, she goes back to being a lawyer at one of the most prestigious law firms, which happens to be owned by a former love. Follow the tribes and tribulations of this show every Sunday night at 6pm.
Last night we saw Wallace Shawn, from Clueless, guest star as Charles, Lemond Bishops (drug dealer) long-time lawyer to help him try to win his losing criminal case for the murder of an employee.
Watch as the plot thickens this season leading up to an explosive season finale!
Revenge Sundays 6pm EST / 9pm PST
Due to time constraints I haven't had a chance to watch this yet, I will be watching it tonight and will have a review tomorrow. But I will say this, I was starting to get really bored with this show and last weeks episode reeled me back in. If you haven't figured it out yet, I am pretty a loyal viewer and continued to stick this one out to see if it would come back to its original glory and it has! Yaaay!
Last week we saw Nate Ryan on the boat of the newly weds Amanda and Jack as they celebrate their new marriage. Nate, knowing Amanda is black mailing Conrad Grayson, is on the boat to kill them both, find the elusive computer and get his and Conrad's deal back on the table. After a struggle and Amanda letting Jack float away for safety Emily rolls in and saves the day, sending Nolan back with Jack and leaving herself to help Amanda get off the boat. After Amanda has struck open a gas leak, Nate lights his lighter and blows up the boat, ultimately killing Amanda, who dies in Emily's arms. This episode opens up a window to Emily's sad soul as she is alone on the quickly deflating boat mourning her dead friend.
What happened in last nights episode? Come back tomorrow when I will fill you all in!
The Red Widow Sundays 7pm EST / 10pm PST
Unfortunately my friends I was unable to catch up with this show, showing little interest in it as the first episode didn't capture my attention I promise to catch up this week and report back... stay tuned for my review.

Big Brother Canada Eh
An avid fan of Big Brother for the past 14 seasons, I was excited about Big Brother Canada, a little worried as the Canadian version is usually not as good... Was I right??
A first I thought I was, the first episode seemed lame and the host, let's be honest, she's no Julie Chen. I, keeping my 3 episode rule, gave this show two more chances and with that I was hooked! I love and hate each person, and like most reality shows I watch, it changes from episode to episode. A little shocked at how good the set was, I thought maybe something igloo-ish as that's how most of the world sees most of us Canadians Eh lol. I can honestly say I am pleasantly surprised with this show and will continue watching and updating all of you.
This week we saw the house guests fight for a new HoH, which Jillian won, have/have not competition and power of Veto, which allowed Gary to pull himself off the block. Consequently Danielle was put up as a replacement nominee and evicted. Leaving Aneal another week to fight for his place in the house. After the live episode on Thursday night, they left us knowing that Tom won HoH. Now that one of the lamely named 'Quattro' is in power, we know that Alec, Peter and Emmett are safe along with their women counterparts Topaz and Jillian, poor Peter lol, leaving the rest of the house guests to battle it out to stay off the block. Stay tuned for Sundays episode where the two nominees are revealed... my guess is Suzette and AJ.
Sunday is a busy night for television as new episodes of Once Upon a Time, The Good Wife, Revenge, Amazing Race are on and a new ABC show called Red Widow, which is next on my PVR to watch!
See you all on Sunday night, enjoy your weekend!

All About Oh So Lindsay
Hi Everyone! WELCOME to my first blog. My name is Lindsay and I am 29 years old living in British Columbia Canada. As I am embarking on a new phase in my life, known as the thirties, I have decided to start it off with a blog. I have thought about this for awhile and am finally diving in head first.
What is my blog going to be about you ask?
Mainly television, as that is one of my passions. Many may sit down and read a good book to relax, or go to a yin yoga class, but I prefer and LOVE getting into one of my many pairs of Christmas pj's and curling up on the couch to watch my favorite shows. To optimize my time I PVR most of my shows, this allows me to sneak in an extra show before calling it a night. Please keep in mind I am only one person and I can only watch so many shows in one day/week/month!! I have quite a plethora of different shows that I watch and hope to reach a wide variety of people.
Please stay tuned for my upcoming blogs and reviews on some of my faves.
Suggestions of shows are always welcome!
