Oh So Lindsay's Five Things {Weekly Link-Up}

Hi my friends,

I know it has been awhile, I miss you too!  I have been busy not being busy, if that makes any sense at all.  I had the opportunity to join in this weekly link up and of course I said yes!

Here are the 5 things I am loving right now:

1. Of course as a TV blogger right now I am completely obsessed with Big Brother Canada and the online spoiler website Online Big Brother.  I am one of those people when it comes to reality TV I can not WAIT for the next episode, so I am on here more often than Facebook and Instagram, checking up on the latest gossip, competitions played before the episode and strategies.

2. I'm sure this next one is on everyone's list and I go in and out of interest with it, as of right now I am all Pinterest again.  I am looking up new smoothie recipes, cabin chic decor for my bestie who is doing a remodel right now, kids crafts, and interview tips.

3.  Sometimes I sit here in bed, catching up on PVR, playing on my tablet or writing a bog post and I think how lucky I am.  Tragedy has stricken me and yet I am so thankful for everything I have today.  I am a true auntie to 4 kidlets, to which none are a blood relative and right now make me the proudest women in the world.  I had the chance to quit my job, yep I quit, and travel europe with one of my best friends, I've been able to be unemployed since October and open up my schedule to help out a struggling new mama.  I have been able to spend more time with my family which has come with lots of laughter and love, with a few fights here and there like most, wink wink.
Life is good my friends, I never had lemons, but the lemonade I do have keeps on getting better and better.

4.  Most people want to lose weight and eat healthier and there are so many ways to do it.  There's this app BEST part about it ... when you click save, it links into My Fitness Pal for you and adds it to your daily diary.  Need some encouragement add me as your friend cher1413. (I am sure this app has way more potential than I have discovered)
and that app, this recipe and that diet, and this regiment and that way.  Well my friends what seems to be working well for me right now is an app called My Fitness Pal in combination with Map My Walk.
My Fitness Pal allows me to track everything I eat and become accountable for the things I put into my body.  It even has a barcode scanner which makes it even easier to keep track quickly and efficiently. With helpful tips and the ability to link up with your friends, you will receive support from all angles.  Couple this with the Map My Walk app that tracks your walk, run, jog with GPS and calculates how far and how many calories burned based on pace and length and the

5.  Daschunds.  I have two long haired daschunds and I follow 15 other Daschunds on Instagram.  I just absolutely adore them, they bring me so much joy and unconditional love.  How could you not love these faces?

Happy Easter My Friends!
