Hi my friends,
I hope you are all enjoying this fabulous BC weather!
How have you been liking Big Brother 15 thus far? Have your feelings changed regarding any players? Are you happy with who has left and who is left?
I'm definitely upset that Aaryn won the HoH, I was yelling at the television when that happened and was so scared to see what she was going to do. I am very surprised that she kept her word in putting Spencer and Howard up, as per Helen and Elissa's wishes. Was this a good move for Aaryn? Yes, because she is proving her trustworthiness and could secure her place in the finals or jury and No, because she has so much power right now and could have made some game changing moves.
The paranoia is running rampant through the Big Brother house as no one knows who the MVP is who keeps nominating all these people. Unfortunately for Elissa, her name is always number one as she was the MVP for two weeks in a row and the name of the Big Brother Game is lying so many aren't believing her. With this being said, Elissa has a horseshoe up her butt as she is still in the game and after her rude comments to Amanda about a one-piece bathing suit I was surprised to find out that America nominated Amanda to be on the block! Tonight we will find out who wins the power of veto! And if either Howard, Spencer or Amanda can save themselves!
On a side note: I have never seen so many 'house meetings' in one season. It's like all these people expect to share everything with each other when in reality that is NOT the point of the game and backstabbing is the norm!
Happy Big Brothering!

BIG BROTHER SPOILER : Have You Heard The News....
McCrae and Amanda are ENGAGED!!!
Okay so as I hear it, it's not a REAL engagement but it's a big brother showmance engagement! Is this a good idea?! With a target on their backs as a couple, this may not have been the smartest idea but we all do silly things when we have a couple drinks in our systems don't we?! ..... Don't we?!!!! lol
In other Big Brother news, American (and Canadians) can't read, as this week they were asked to vote for the third nomination and they chose Elissa. Now this was most likely a mistake as people thought they were nominating MVP not the third nominee, OR because Aaryn and Kaitlin were already nominated Elissa could have been third. Remember as much as there are Elissa fans, there are also Elissa haters so it is feasible. Don't worry #BB15 fans Oh So Lindsay isn't one of them! I am routing for Elissa and Howard! My fear is that the other house guests, as much as they hate Aaryn, don't see her as a threat and might carry her too far! We still have another 2 months to find out!
Tomorrow on Big Brother is the POV competion! Here's to hoping Elissa wins POV securing another week in the Big Brother House! The fun starts Wednesday at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on CBS.
Happy Tuesday My Friends!
xoxo Lindsay

Big Brother LIVE Tonight
Happy Thursday My Friends!
Tonight is LIVE eviction night on Big Brother with Jeremy, Aaryn and Spencer on the block, who do you think will go home? And who will win the HoH competition?
As much as I want 'Mean Girl' Aaryn out of the house, to see the look on her face when she learns she has been fired from her job and wrath unloaded on her from millions of Big Brother fans, it looks like we will have to wait another week for that as I think it will be Jeremy leaving tonight. Is that the right decision?! If she isn't evicted, pay close attention to Aaryn's face during the HoH competition when America votes her as the mean one!
It all starts tonight at 6pm EST/ 9pm PST on CBS.

If you are not a Big Brother Fan check out what else is on tonight:

What Will OhSo Lindsay Be Watching Tonight?
Happy Wednesday My Friends,
It's the middle of the week, which means two more days until the weekend and with all this gorgeous weather I can only imagine how excited we all are to get out from behind the desk and out to the sandy beaches!
Tonight looks like a packed night for television and I am ready to relax, enjoy and soak up every minute of it!
It's VETO night in the Big Brother house and I am interested to see if Aaryn or Kaitlin will be able to pull themselves off the block, as my confidence in them is none. The results of the MVP and their nomination will be revealed tonight, Can you guess who will win it and who they will choose for the third nomination? My money's on Elissa as MVP and Jeremy as nomination... but we never know as we can always expect the unexpected. Let's find out tonight at 5pm EST/8pm PST on CBS.
***Follow @ohsolindsay live on twitter tonight at 5pm EST***
Following Big Brother is the Top 9 chefs competing on Master Chef, where they have to make sausage links from scratch and the winner gets to choose the ingredients used for the elimination round. You won't want to miss the action tonight at 6pm EST/9pm PST on FOX.
End your evening with the lighthearted new 'dramedy' Camp. This show centers around the Little Otter Family Camp where there is summer fun for everyone. Parents decompress over gin and tonics while their kids run wild and teenage counselors fall in and out of love. This new show is a HIT in my books, it's entertaining, witty, dramatic and complicating all wrapped into one. If you love Parenthood, you'll love this! Check it out tonight at 7pm EST/10pm PST on NBC.
Craving some reality drama? MTV's The Challenge: Rivals 2 is back tonight for episode two! There's drama and fighting in every episode and you don't want to miss a minute of it starting at 7pm and 10 pm on MTV.
Howie, Howard, Heidi and Mel are back at judging, talent that is tonight on America's Got Talent. Tonight's 2 hour episode starts with a recap of who made it to Vegas and the second hour is in Vegas! The talent starts at 5pm EST/8pm PST on NBC.
For those with or without kidlets Disney's Cars 2 is on at 6:10pm on MC3.
Happy Watching My Friends

Are You Ready Canada?! It's An Amazing Monday For A Race
Hi my friends!
It's finally here! The anticipated first season of Amazing Race Canada and it starts tonight at 6pm EST/ 9pm PST on CTV.
With the success of it's American counterpart it was only time before they did a Canadian version! Over the course of the 22-day shoot, the teams shot in 78 locations, hopped aboard more than 595 total domestic Air Canada flights, visited seven provinces and three territories, and employed 12 different forms of transportation, including snowshoes and a golf cart.
On the line? The winner receives a year of free Air Canada flights, a pair of Chevrolet Corvette Stingrays and $250,000 in cash. That seems pretty fair!
Married Doctors; Brett Burstein and Holly Agostino from Montreal, QC.
Cory was by Jody’s side during his recovery and then relocated to Alberta to take a job five years ago. The distance has been hard on the brothers and they’re looking forward to re-establishing their strong bond. Within a few months of returning home, Jody was reunited with one of the medics who evacuated him from Afghanistan. The two are now common law partners of five years and have two beautiful girls together. With the birth of his first daughter, Jody vowed to always strive to be a better person, someone his daughter would look up to and be proud to call Dad. This is going to be my favorite team!

Host: Jon Montgomery; an Olympic champion
Jon Montgomery is a Manitoba native who has competed as a Canadian skeleton racer since 2006. At the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics he won Gold in the men's skeleton event. This world-class athlete is an avid television watcher, during his downtown from racing he could put in a solid 12 hours of television in two days! (Is this my dream man?) And now his accomplishments have landed him as the host of The Amazing Race Canada!! The hectic pace of the race was an eye opener for Montgomery, who loved each and every minute of it, giving us readers a hint that the first episode kicks off as drama filled and not how you'd expect!
Sisters; Vanessa Morgan and Celina Mziray are two feisty sisters from Ottawa, ON with a 10 year age difference between them.
Sisters; Vanessa Morgan and Celina Mziray are two feisty sisters from Ottawa, ON with a 10 year age difference between them.
Sisters that bicker when put in stressful situations but always come out as best friends in the end. They label themselves as 'mini but mighty' and the team to watch!
Father & Son; Tim Hague Sr. and Tim Hague Jr. are the father son team for the season from Winnipeg MB.
Sr is a nurse and Jr is in sales, both looking forward to challenging each other and pushing each other to the limits! 3 years ago Sr. was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease but has not let him slow him down completing triathlons and other physical challenges.
Married Fitness Icons; Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod.. BODY BREAK!! (Did you just sing it in your head like I did?)
These fitness icons from Oakville ON, have been promoting health and welness on television for 25 years and are eager to show us viewers another side of their partnership. Let's see how their fitness practices help or hinder them during this race!
Married Doctors; Brett Burstein and Holly Agostino from Montreal, QC.
These two doctors met at McGill medical school and are now pediatricians working at Montreal Children's Hospital. When these two disagree sparks will fly!
Best Friends; Jamie Cumberland and Pierre Cadieux from Airdrie and Innisfail, AB.

Best Friends; Jet Black and Dave Schram from London, ON.

They met in high school when Jet was dating one of Dave's friends and it was the friendship that lasted! Their motto: We're like icebergs... 10% above water, 90% below", these two jokers will have Canada eating out of their hands!
Twin Sisters; Treena Ley and Tennille Dorrington from Hamilton, ON.
Twin Sisters; Treena Ley and Tennille Dorrington from Hamilton, ON.
These two identical twin sisters have been inseparable since birth and best friends who can conquer the world when they are getting along, but if they are fighting, duck and cover. Canada watch out for these two!
Dating; Kristen Idiens and Darren Trapp from Toronto, ON.
These two adventure junkies are equally dorky, very cute and super supportive, they both love challenging each other to new levels. Both world travelers and share a passion for sustainable living, Kristen can make her own clothes while Darren is extremely resourceful on little or no money. These two could be very underestimated and surprise us all!
Brothers; Jody Mitic and Cory Mitic from Ottawa, ON and Edmonton, AB.
Brothers; Jody Mitic and Cory Mitic from Ottawa, ON and Edmonton, AB.
Jody was a sniper for the Canadian forces, while on duty in Afghanistan in 2007, he stepped on a land mine and lost both his legs below the knee. After an extraordinary recovery, Jody was running 5 km charity runs in a little over a year on his new prosthetic feet. “It’s obviously going to be a challenge,” Jody says of his prosthesis “but we’re going to have to overcome that with determination.”
Cory was by Jody’s side during his recovery and then relocated to Alberta to take a job five years ago. The distance has been hard on the brothers and they’re looking forward to re-establishing their strong bond. I'm excited for the world to see that Canada is not just igloos and the beauty it has to offer!!
Have a great Monday my friends and enjoy the show!

Holy Big Brother Batman
Hello my friends,
Did you watch last night's shocking LIVE show?! I did and have been BURSTING at the seams to talk to someone about it!!!!
I was sure it was Elissa's end last night as I didn't think she could pull off the votes to stay, but what do they always say in Big Brother? Expect the unexpected! And that's exactly what happened. The Moving Company, which I presume is no more, turned on each other and two of them, Spencer and McCrae, voted to evict Nick saving Elissa. (I just found out Howard and Spencer split their vote so they could frame someone else). The look on Aaryn, GinaMarie, Kaitlin and Jeremy's face when Nick was evicted was priceless and we can all see Aaryn was raging inside.
The icing on the cake was when Helen won HoH! I was even more ecstatic shouting at the t.v. in joy!! I'm so excited to see what Sunday's episode will be like, while watching my big brother websites throughout the weekend!
Now I'm not usually one to talk about people personally or attack anyone but I am just so fed up with Aaryn. TMZ reported today (click here starting at 2:00 min) a clip from the big brother live feeds of Aaryn saying more racist comments. But personally, to me, she was acting like a mean girl and a bully. She really thinks quite highly of herself and has NO idea what the outside world's opinion of her is, which is low. In this clip you can see GinaMarie step in and further the racism against Candice, GM is another girl who is a band wagon bully, thinking she is cool by jumping on the Aaryn train ... to unemployment.
Well my friends I will keep you updated throughout the weekend on any new developments!
Enjoy your weekend!

Hey all you Big Brother fans, have you been enjoying the season so far?
I have enjoyed the season so far, as with most seasons it takes awhile for me to really get into it but as this season starts to heat up I'll be right there watching every moment of it!
My least favourite in the house: it's a tie between Aaryn and Jeremy. You can only be on top for so long before you slide down that big brother hill so fast your head spins, so watch what you say and what you do because it will come back to bite you.
My most favourite is still Elissa. I am routing for her and hoping that she stays this week but I have a feeling she is going to be gone, I think giving her being awarded MVP every week defeats the purpose and has now put a huge target on her back. If she is evicted I don't know who I will root for... hmm I will have to give that some thought. Any suggestions?.
Looks like from the Big Brother live feeds that Aaryn, Jeremy, Kaitlin and GinaMarie are definitely in an alliance but little do the girls know Jeremy is with the Moving Company and not voting their way.
There was a barely there hot tub party last night, initiated by Amanda and I am wondering if it will be shown this week. Amanda was walking around in just her underwear and convinced some other players to join her!
Don't forget Big Brother days have changed. The next episode will be Wednesday July 10th at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on CBS.
_______________________________________________________________________________
As for tonight there isn't much on so go out and enjoy the summer sunshine, if you are staying in (where the a/c is) here is the line-up you can look forward to:
New American Ninja Warrior at 5pm EST/8pm PST on NBC
New The Bachelorette at 5-7pm EST/8-10pm PST on ABC
New Mistresses at 7pm EST/10pm PST on ABC
New Under the Dome at 7pm EST/10pm PST on CBS
Enjoy your evening!!

My Top 5 Summertime Drinks
I am sure you have all heard of the world renowned coffee company Starbucks and if not where have you been hiding and how are you reading this?!
**These opinions are solely my own and I have not be asked to nor contacted by Starbucks to post this and no exchange of monetary value has been made**
Being a non-coffee drinker I am constantly asked 'Well then what do you drink there?' So here it is my friends, my TOP 5 summertime Starbucks drinks!
Coming in at #1 - The Chai Creme Frappuccino; this deliciously satisfying Indian spiced drink, blended to perfection and NEVER disappoints!
2nd Place Goes to....... - The Tazo Shaken Black Tea; Unlike the American's, Canadian's iced tea is sweetened. As a straight up kinda gal, I get my Tazo Shaken Black Tea with no sweetner and no lemonade, for the true taste of cold crisp black tea!
Rounding the corner at 3rd - The Shaken Iced Peach Green Tea; admittedly I tried this drink for the first time yesterday and fell immediately in love with it! The peach and green tea flavors go together like never before as the newest drink to the Starbucks family! Definitely a must-try!
4th Place goes to - The Tazo Green Tea Frappuccino; when I want to treat myself to something deliciously different I always pick old faithful, infused with subtle hints of tropical fruit flavors, this frappuccino is sure to turn any frown upside down!
Last but not least #5 - Starbucks Refreshers; with 3 different flavors, Valencia Orange, Very Berry Hibiscus and Cool Lime, these are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Usually on a hot day, we do an office run, and this is my go to drink to help me last until the end of the day!
Don't delay, get out there and try these deliciously tasty summer drinks!
Have a great weekend!

Throw Back Thursday on Oh So Lindsay
Hi Everyone,
It's time to throw it back, back to the 80's! Although I was only 0-7 years old, it is one of my favorite era's in terms of television and music! What 80's sitcoms would you like to see come back?
Here are my top 10 picks:
#1 Saved By The Bell
Zack and Kelly, Slater and Jesse, Lisa and Screech, oh how I miss thee. If anything could come back from the 80's I would want this one. Yes I do know that there have been two spin offs from this show, Saved By The Bell: The College Years and Saved By The Bell: The New Class. But all of these actors have grown up and made families of their own, so why not have them in a spin off series, could this be a great idea or what? Saved By The Bell: Millennium?
#2 Family Ties
Remember the Keaton's? The iconic 80's family with many different political views.
Michael J Fox's debut on a hit television series.
The is where everyone knows your name! Norm, Cliff Claven, Sam Malone, Frasier Crane, Lilith, Woody, Diane, Carla and Rebecca. A family in their own!! This show was on for 11 years!
#4 Who's The Boss
Alyssa Milano became an icon for teenagers around the world with this show! Who else secretly wished Tony and Angela together every episode?!
# 5 Punky Brewster
What little girl didn't want to be like Punky? She had a neat name and cool clothes (for the time period)
# 6 The Cosby Show
Running for Eight seasons, the Huxtable family focused on Cliff Huxtable (Bill Cosby) one of the funniest men on earth and had us laughing each and every week!!
#7 Alf
Do you remember this creature? I had an Alf doll it talked and everything! Running for four years Alf (Alien Life Form) crash lands on earth in the garbage can of a suburban middle-class family. The family took him in and let him stay in their house keeping him safe from the military and nosy neighbors. I just loved this ugly little guy!
#8 Growing Pains
Who doesn't remember Mike Seaver (Kirk Cameron) every teenagers heart-throb and then Leonardo DiCaprio joined the show and you couldn't take your eyes away!!
#9 Full House
This blended family was the best of the best! Do you remember TGIF?! Every Friday!!!! Uncle Jessie and Rebecca!!!! Uncle Joey the comedian and the uptight dad Danny Tanner? It was fun to watch the Tanner family grow before our eyes!!!
Dj Tanner (Candice Cameron sister of Kirk Above)
Last but not least # 10 Doogie Howser M.D.
Now you know him as Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother but back then he was known as Doogie Howser M.D. A genius who at the age of 16 was a resident surgeon! He climbed milestones as he proved to be wise beyond his years.
And if that isn't enough it looks like some of these faves will be produced by NBCUniversal in digital form. That's right, comic books... They are resurrecting the most popular shows from the 80's and 90's and turning them into graphic novel form, among the list is; Saved By The Bell, Punky Bewster, Knight Rider, Airwolf, ad Miami Vice, opening up yet another avenue to allow these shows to be popular once again. Looks like these new books will be discuss at San Diego's Comic-con on July 20th.
And here's one for the books! Thanks MOM!
Happy Thursday Everyone!

Hey All You Big Brother Fans....
Hello My Friends,
I hope you all had a great Canada Day long weekend!
So what have we thought about the season so far? Who are your faves now that you've seen three episodes?
Well let me tell you and I am a little afraid to, but I really like Elissa. I know, I know she's Rachel's sister but I also liked Rachel, although annoying at times, she was a good player and under estimated. The only advantage that Elissa has is an inside track to playing the game but some of these players have been fans forever and they could possibly have the exact same ideas.
I also like the moving company, for now, but I think Jeremy and McCrae will not be as cool and play it out like Howard, Spencer and Nick can. So the moving company may have to move on!
What have I thought about McCrae as HoH?
I think he has acted cowardly as the head of the household when confronted about his decisions and his alliances. Pulling Candice off and putting Elissa up proved nothing and I think it made him look very weak.
As we have gotten to know our house guests over the past week via live feeds, there have been a few surprises: The biggest and most talked about is Aaryn. Sweet and innocent looking Aaryn, now being labelled the 'Paula Deen' of the Big Brother house was just dropped by her modeling agency for her bigotry and homophobic comments seen by fans around the world.
Jeremy has proven he can not handle his alcohol and that when he drinks his true feelings about women come out. Also, last night Jeremy was seen on the live feeds childishly wiping his butt with Elissa's hat (Rachel is going to have a field day with this) to which he later confessed to her. Jeremy was called to the diary room for 20 minutes but there has been no word on what, if any, punishment he may incurr.
Here are the statements that CBS AND Zephyr Talent HAD to make in regards to Aaryn's mouth and the house guests comments of others.
Tonight is the LIVE eviction show where David, Jessie or Elissa will be evicted. I am hoping for David, he annoys me to NO end. We will find out tonight at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on CBS.
**Please Note** After tonight the schedule will change for when Big Brother is on:
Sundays at 5pm EST / 8pm PST
Wednesdays at 5pm EST / 8pm PST
Thursdays at 6pm EST / 9pm PST - Live Eviction
For those of you who enjoy what else Wednesday's have to offer, here's the line-up:
All New Master Chef, 5-7pm EST / 8-10pm PST on FOX
All New American Baking Competition at 6pm EST / 9pm PST on CBS
All New Family Tools at 530pm EST / 830pm PST on ABC
